I hate my boss and my job

Everyday I wake up and it is the same.  Dear lord please make me sick, if I am not sick have I called in sick lately...  my boss is one of those so called leaders whose idea is to put people down over and over again. He refused to acknowledge we are in difficult economic times.  See my boss has evolved the software he sells but never the way he sells it.  Instead of trying to pursue screenshare software like webex, which a lot of companies are doing because nobody is buying he still wants to waste money on trips and not just trips anywheres but to sell to papers mills.  The worst industry on the planet because paper is dying.  My boss knows this but like usually he has this attitude that these companies spend money.. so why not give us $10 000... the funny thing is he will say one day we get bought out of one budget and then when I call him on it he changes his mind.  Maybe I am a bad employee... but I wasn't always... it is like this with out sales department.. people who work for him can only take so much.. I am working hard on developing my facebook application cybersweetness..http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=15039045275  problem is I had this unique way of making money but I don't have the resources to get to that point... so I am not sure what I will do because I hate me job and need a way out..arggg... and truth be told the app which lets you share your favoirte websites and see the top websites in different geo and social areas is pretty basic right now...the cats.. they said to build it.. the dogs woofed in agreement....

I need a new life..
